Post-Event Payout Solutions
 
We offer two primary ways to receive your funds once your event has taken place:
 
Option 1: Fastest Payout (1-2 Days Post-Event)
 
Choose our preferred partner for the quickest fund transfer:

• Partner Integration (Fullsteam): If you select our preferred merchant partner, Fullsteam, your ticket revenue is sent directly to your account. Funds typically reach your bank account within just 1 to 2 business days after your event. This ensures the fastest available transfer time for your settled event funds.

 
Option 2: Weekly Payouts
 
Utilize our in-house processing for a simple weekly schedule:

• In-House Processing (HoldMyTicket): If you use HoldMyTicket’s in-house merchant processing services, we collect and hold your ticket funds, and we initiate your revenue disbursement every Monday following the event day.

  • Once initiated, the funds usually arrive in your bank account within 1 business day.

  • Example: If your event is on Friday, November 21st, your funds will be disbursed the following Monday, November 24th.

 
Accessing Funds Before Your Event
 
Need capital ahead of time? We offer flexibility for accessing funds before your event takes place:

• Early Access Payouts: On a case-by-case basis, we can arrange for flexible payouts that give you earlier access to your ticket revenue. This is typically set up to provide necessary working capital ahead of your event's launch day or at key points during the sales cycle.
