Frequent IT Failures to Seamless Sales: Modernizing Ticketing for a Nonprofit Performing Arts Theatre

Challenge:
The Egyptian Theatre, a historic venue opened in 1926 and programmed by the non-profit Park City Performances since 1981, enriches the community through year-round performing arts (theatre, music, dance, comedy) and civic programs. Since March 2010, the theatre has partnered with HoldMyTicket to modernize its ticketing.
