Seamless Casino Entertainment Ticketing Reduced Guest Wait Times & Improved Operational Efficiency

For the Isleta Resort & Casino, producing unforgettable entertainment, featuring the biggest names and the most exciting performances, is the ultimate goal.
Unfortunately, inefficient event ticketing software and poor online tools to promote events was significantly impacting operations and the guest experience. Additionally, setting up its event calendar was time consuming and at-the-door checkin was causing frequent line congestion.
The venue needed a casino ticketing software solution that would streamline event setup, featuring multi-use seat hold templates, seamless website integration, white-label event pages, and simple social media promotion.
Solution:
With modern ticketing software ideal for casino entertainment, HoldMyTicket was happy to step in to provide a solution. Given the scope of the company's needs, we decided to implement our most complete ticketing integration: A full box office setup complete with necessary equipment, event & ticketing management software, online integration, and scanners to handle the door.
We designed interactive seating chart templates for each event type and seat holds, making it easier to create multiple events in minutes. HoldMyTicket's event ticketing platform provided Isleta innovative event tools to automate setup for multiple events. Our development team was able to alleviate Isleta's web design resources by assisting with website integration to simplify event calendar updates.
As a company that prioritizes personalized, hands-on client support, we provided on-site training for Isleta's staff on our mobile box office software, Swarm, and the use of our ticket scanners. We were also present for day-of operations for the first few shows to ensure everything went smoothly. The casino's box office features six stations for selling tickets. Each station has a PC running HMT's web-based Swarm box office application, credit card swipers, five ticket scanners, and HMT-owned Boca devices to print tickets, all provided for free.
